I used the technique where I write down my negative though and change the thought to a positive. I found this  very beneficial, because before I would have churned the negative thoughts around in my head for hours and not been able to sleep. Now I look forward instead of backwards. The company was great- proving to be honest and I had a lot in common - good to know I am not alone in how I feel and view life. I attended Eileen for some 1 to 1 sessions.  It gave me a brilliant programme that I continue to follow.

As I work shifts, attending Yoga classes is not available to me so I went to Eileen for one to one's and found it fantastic!  It was having postures put into a routine that were made to suit my ability that made the difference. Thanks and I hope to keep up the practice.
